As we are a comprehensive, full-service event design firm, we prefer to begin working with clients at the earliest possible stages to guide the selections and decisions that ultimately affect the success of their event.
We begin with an introductory meeting or call to explain further about our design services, industry experience and pricing structure. We provide a list of references and believe strongly that our potential clients should speak with former clients about their experience working with us. We pride ourselves on our integrity as well as our ability. It is important for clients to feel completely comfortable in their selection of us as their designers.
Once we are engaged, we will discuss vendors, locations, and overall event style and feeling. We listen to what clients are looking for in their event as well as ask questions that assist us in learning more about the celebration. We are very clear that this is our client’s event and we are there to make their event everything they want it to be. We will make recommendations based on our extensive experience and knowledge but every decision is our client’s.
We will establish patterns, motifs, fonts, colors, and glyphs representative of the event and diligently weave them through every element. Our designs include sketches and drawings that become a stunning reality the day of the event. We use principles of interior design and architecture to transform event venues into spaces unlike any other.
Our designers work closely with clients to keep them informed of scheduling and logistics as well as exciting design details. We are ever-mindful of creating a flawless guest experience as we believe that guest enjoyment is what ultimately drives the success of the event. We are available at every turn of the planning process and are on-site for installation, execution and tear down for our events.
